Cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order after placing it. Please read our Cancellation Policy below before placing an order on www.shopalabi.com.

1. Cancellation Window

Since orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of being placed, you may request a cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order, as long as it has not yet been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched with TCS or Leopards Courier, it cannot be cancelled, and our standard [Shipping Policy] and [Return & Refund Policy] will apply instead.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number:

Cancellation requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend reaching out immediately after placing your order if you wish to cancel, as processing may begin sooner than expected.

3. Order Already Shipped

If your cancellation request is received after the order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel or intercept the shipment. In this case:

  • If you refuse delivery, the order will be returned to us, and no refund will be issued for refused deliveries. Incase the delivery failed due to an error from the courier, we will reattempt delivery. 
  • Our standard no-return, no-refund policy will apply, except in cases of damaged or defective products as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Cancellations Initiated by Shopalabi

We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion in situations such as:

  • Product unavailability or stock issues
  • Errors in pricing or product listings
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
  • Inability to verify payment or delivery details

If we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method (if payment was already made).

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded is prepaid within 10 business days to your original payment method, or offered as store credit, depending on your preference.
