All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Karachi, Pakistan.

We proudly ship all orders via the following trusted courier services:

  • TCS
  • Leopards Courier

The courier assigned to your order will depend on your delivery location and package details.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days, depending on your location within Pakistan.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
  • Delays caused by the courier company, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the TCS or Leopards Courier website.

6. Shipping Charges

PKR 250 flat rate, free shipping on orders over PKR 5000. 

7. Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

9. Delayed or Lost Shipments
